The flood zones in the City of Coral Springs have recently changed as part of an update to the flood models used by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). A study was required to take into consideration a new vertical datum that allows for the consistent comparison of land and water elevations across the nation. In addition, new technologies have provided for better flood protection across the City. As part of the CRS program, the City of Coral Springs will provide information from the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) pertaining to your property.
