A no-fee paint color application is required prior to the painting of any exterior color of your home or business. To assist you in making color selections, the City of Coral Springs maintains an approved paint color palette, which exhibits all of the colors that are approved for use on the exterior of the structure. The color palette is organized by color group and displayed in coded chart.

For convenience, an on-line version of the residential paint colors guidelines can be found on page 10 of Single-Family Architectural Guidelines. Other categories such as Multiple-FamilyCommercial and Industrial can also be found at their respective link.

PLEASE NOTE: The paint colors listed here are based on Glidden brand paint. You may choose another brand of paint as long as its color matches the approved colors below.

Steps to Approve Paint Colors:

  1. Print the Paint Color Application
  2. Click on any of the charts below to view and select your desired color(s). These colors are pre-approved.
  3. Complete the application using the online paint palette. Please match your paint color with the City’s paint code (example: 10YR/F8E5E9).
