Shredathon

Avoid becoming a victim and bring any personal documents to the City’s next Shred-a-thon, where they will be shredded for free on site.

The City’s next Shred-a-thon event is scheduled for Saturday, January 20 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Sportsplex, 2575 Sportsplex Drive. Please note that this is a new drop-off location.  There is a limit of three boxes per vehicle. Anything over 3 boxes is $5 per box, which will benefit the Coral Springs Police Explorer Program. Please refrain from bringing paperwork in plastic bags. Once the truck is full, no other paperwork will be accepted. This service is free and open only to Coral Springs residents.

The Shred-a-thon is co-sponsored by the Coral Springs Police Department, Coral Springs Seniors and Law Enforcement Together, and SafeGuard. For more information on how to prevent identity theft, visit www.SafeGuardDD.com

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be canceled and will not be rescheduled. For more information, call 954-344-1833 or visit Shred-a-thon.
