  • Introduction: Tai Chi is meditation in motion. By doing Tai Chi on a regular basis the balance, circulation and stress level will improve. Tai Chi is a set of choreographed movements done in a mindful state. Must Have prior experience and approval from instructor. Class fee is $5.00 per class/must pay monthly

Tai Chi is meditation in motion. By doing Tai Chi on a regular basis the balance, circulation and stress level will improve. Tai Chi is a set of choreographed movements done in a mindful state. 

This is an intermediate Tai Chi class - must have prior experience with Tai Chi and be comfortable with the movements.

 There is a fee for this class - $5.00 per class.  Must purchase monthly pass.  Fee for pass changes according to how many Wednesdays in the month.

 *Classes are at Coral Springs Senior Center at Sartory Hall in Mullins Park, except where noted. Trips and special events are available for seniors 55 and older.

Open to residents and non-residents.
