MLK Leadership/Diversity Day

On Monday, January 15 – the King Holiday – the Committee hosts a Diversity & Leadership Day for high school and middle school students.

The event, which will be held at the Northwest Regional Library, begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m. This is a “Day On, Not a Day Off” and offers students to learn what Dr. King stood for by participating in interactive activities and listening to a motivational speaker.

Students interested in attending should sign up at their respective schools. Pre-registration is required.
