Taking place from 9:30am to 4:30pm on Saturday and Sunday, April 1st and 2nd, the Festival will allow orchid enthusiasts, and plant lovers in general, the opportunity to vividly experience – and purchase – diverse, colorful and fragrant varieties of orchids, tropical plants, herbs and fruit trees sold by over 20 local vendors. The orchids and tropical plants, though, are only the beginning. This exciting two-day event will be held in Coral Springs and will offer something for everyone to enjoy, including garden art, food vendors, cocktails, birds of prey, live animals, music and much more!

About the Sawgrass Nature Center:
SNC’s mission is to educate the public about South Florida’s unique culture, environment and the many species it contains, to promote healthy living, outdoor activity and to provide excellent care for sick, injured or orphaned native wildlife. We want to foster awareness and appreciation of wildlife, particularly urban wildlife found here in south Florida. Each year, people bring approximately 700 animals into our wildlife hospital, and we provide educational presentations to approximately 7,000 students. Volunteers donate roughly 8000 hours of their time annually to help us meet our goals.
