Broward County Property Appraisers will be at City Hall accepting property tax exemptions applications the second and third Thursday of each month.
Documents required to file a Homestead Exemption include:
- A current Florida Driver's License or Florida ID card.
- A current voter registration card or declaration of domicile.
- Non-US citizens must also provide proof of permanent residency.
BCPA staff will assist with Homestead, Senior and all other exemption applications, as well as answer assessment questions.
