Every parcel/folio that is rented or potentially rented will need to complete an application. If the property is owner occupied a Homeowner Declaration will need to be completed.Example1

Example #1: The Hamptons at Heron Bay is comprised of over 200 units and has 2 folios containing dwelling units.
This property will need:

  1. Two Landlord Registration Applications
  2. Local Business Tax.

Example #2 (green and blue): A structure appears to be a duplex however it was split into two folios and is rented.
This property will need:

  1. Landlord Registration Application
    for each folio
  2. Self ‐ Certification Checklist
  3. Possible Business Tax if it is listed in a corporation

Example2_3Example #3 (yellow): Property is a duplex and it is rented (family occupied is not exempt).
This property will need:

  1. Landlord Registration Application
  2. Local Business Tax
  3. Neighborhood Preservation

Example #4: Property is a single family, semi ‐ attached/attached or townhouse and it is rented or potentially available for rent.
This property will need the following:

  1. Landlord Registration Application
  2. Self ‐ Certification Checklist
  3. Local Business Tax.

Example #5: Property is a condominium and is rented or available for rent.
This property will need the following for each unit:

  1. Landlord Registration Application
  2. Local Business Tax
