Planning Division

The Planning & Zoning Division provides plan review to ensure compliance with land development regulations. Additionally, the Architectural Review Committee, established in 1996, reviews projects to create aesthetically pleasing development within Coral Springs.

Economic Development projects are reviewed within seven working days by staff. For more information about what is under construction in the City or what type of structure can be built on a particular piece of vacant land, please feel free to contact the Planning & Zoning Division at 954-344-1160.
