The Internet allows us to access a vast amount of information and even contact old high school friends, all within seconds. But the Internet can be a dangerous place, especially for teens who use Web sites including MySpace, YouTube, and Facebook. These web sites aren’t necessarily bad, but if left unmonitored, your child could be lured by predators. Let’s face it, you never know who is on the other end of the monitor.

There have been local arrests that reinforce the importance of Internet Safety, and visiting this site is the first step in protecting your child. There are plenty of ways you can ensure your child’s safety and the Coral Springs Police Department is here to help. Here are some things to consider:
